Organizations do not lack information. They lack a way to keep information connected to the people, constraints, and decisions that made it matter in the first place.
Context is not a file attachment
The reason a policy exists is often more useful than the policy itself. The same is true for a customer note, a risk register, or a planning deck.
When context is reduced to a keyword match, nuance disappears at exactly the point a team needs it most.
The horizon should move with the work
A stronger intelligence layer makes room for the immediate task and the wider operating picture. It brings forward what is relevant without pretending every document deserves equal weight.
That is how an answer becomes a decision aid instead of another item to review.
